DenSwap is committed to helping coworking communities thrive by connecting buyers and sellers in the coworking/shared space market. That’s why we’ve created a platform that uniquely highlights coworking spaces, and paired that with expert consulting and tools to help keep the process successful for all involved.

Craig Baute
With nearly 15 years of experience in the coworking industry, Craig has seen how every detail comes together to make shared spaces thrive as a community and as a business. As a consultant for real estate companies and investment funds, he has directly launched dozens of spaces from New York City to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. (Ask to see the pictures!) His other contributions to the coworking market include Deskpass, OpenWork Agency, featured speaker at GCUC, founder of Denver Coworks, and lead researcher for 2020’s Global Workspace Association’s annual report. Today, Craig resides at the original Creative Density in Denver, one of the 4 coworking spaces he’s owned since 2010.

John Driftmier
After co-founding one of the original coworking spaces in Seattle WA, John applied his experience as a business strategy consultant for emerging industries. His work involved the planning, fundraising, growth, and sale/merger of businesses across the US while being directly responsible for millions in growth through new projects and restructuring.
John is also the founder of GivingFire, a donation processing platform with over 100MM in processed funds, and remains as the board chairman.
