DenSwap provides coworking industry consulting, analytics, and marketplace services including but not limited to:
- Coworking Feasibility Studies and Demand Reports
- Market analysis and financial projections for coworking spaces
- An online marketplace for buying and selling coworking businesses
- Consulting and operational guidance for coworking operators and property owners
3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, reports, and software — are the exclusive property of DenSwap or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Reports, analyses, and other deliverables produced by DenSwap for clients are provided for the client's internal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without DenSwap's prior written consent.
6. Marketplace Terms
The DenSwap marketplace connects buyers and sellers of coworking businesses. DenSwap acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the completion of any transaction, or the financial performance of any listed business.
- All listing information is provided by the seller and has not been independently verified by DenSwap unless explicitly stated
- Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any transaction
- DenSwap is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers unless separately engaged as an advisor
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
DenSwap does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Any data, reports, or analyses provided by DenSwap are for informational purposes and should not be construed as financial, legal, or investment advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DenSwap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DenSwap, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Denver, Colorado.
